Who hasn't had or seen a Morey Mach 7 Bodyboard in their garage or that of their neighbor? This model created in 1981 was one of the first bodyboards to have a "slick" underside which allowed for better glide and reduced drag.
With its fairly thick PE core and 70/30 rails, this board revolutionized the sport by providing the performance riders needed to advance the sport in both aerial maneuvers and flow.
On the first competitions at Pipeline in the 80s, competitors had to ride only on the Mach 7 offering it international media coverage.
According to some accounts, the Morey Mach 7 was the best-selling top-of-the-range model in the world, democratizing bodyboarding in the United States at first, then very quickly in Australia and later in Europe, in particular thanks to Michel Hoff who was the first importer of this brand.
Today Mach 7 has been remastered with the best technologies available today. For more information, you can visit this page.
