Let's bust the myth: your bodyboard size is not based only on your height! So, forget measuring the board up to your navel. In fact, it's more about your weight combined to your size and your level. The big idea is, you want to match your board to your body mass, and to make sure it's not too small or too big for your level of riding.

The matrix below is a good way to know the right size for a good bodyboarder.

Add 1/2 inches if you are a beginner.
